As a co-founder of Satori, Andy’s focus is on strategic growth, company culture, and is a voting member of the investment committee.
Raised in the commercial real estate industry, Andy brings extensive professional expertise and intimate knowledge of operations and investment management to Satori. As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded three successful real estate investment and/or management companies. Andy has led investment analyses and management acquisitions and development for co-investments with many institutional capital partners, totaling over $500M in volume over the last real estate cycle.
Andy graduated from the University of Kentucky and earned his Master of Business Administration at Oglethorpe University. In addition, he holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University as well as a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University.
Andy enjoys giving back through both servant leadership and philanthropy. He is a co-founder of Kehlo, a non-profit dedicated to providing playgrounds to economically disadvantaged schools throughout the world. He also serves on the boards of the Atlanta chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization, Georgia State University Real Estate Alumni, Khelo, and Aperture Hotels. He funds two annual academic scholarships for first generation college students at both the University of Kentucky and Georgia State University.
Andy lives in Atlanta with his wife Arinn, son Virran, and daughter Nadiya. Fun fact: The entire family are avid travelers and have visited a collective 60 countries across the globe. The goal is to make it to every country on the planet over time.
As a co-founder of Satori, Rakesh focuses on strategic growth, capital raising, and fund management.
Rakesh’s career in commerical real estate began at a young age, having grown up watching his father develop hotels. Early on, Rakesh developed a sharp understanding of the company’s operations, from acquisition and development to implementation of management and processes, which helped set the foundation for his leadership at Satori.
With a keen eye for innovation and identifying new opportunities, Rakesh is committed to continuing to help grow the platform. Rakesh has built numerous capital relationships both domestically and internationally, facilitating over $500MM in investments since the founding of the firm.
Rakesh is a recognized leader in the community and was nominated by his peers for Leadership Atlanta in 2017 to tackle complex issues in the state of Georgia, a 40 under 40 recipient, and EY entrepreneur of the year for 2019. Rakesh plays an advisory role with a number of nonprofit and commercial organizations. As recent as launching the first Atlanta non-profit cohort in partnership with the Koch family’s platform, Stand Together. He has also served on the local board of the Akshaya Patra Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides school lunches to nearly 1.3 million underprivileged children in India.
Rakesh graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Rakesh is actively involved with the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a global network of young executives and serves on the board of trustees for Holy Innocents Episcopal school.
Rakesh lives in Atlanta with his wife Susie, Daughter Anya, son Ronan, and furry child Penny. Fun Fact: Everyone in the family is an avid skier and loves movies, tackling annual summer bucket lists, traveling the globe, and doing service work.
Terri manages the corporate, fund accounting and treasury functions, centering on accuracy and informative financial reporting. Concurrently, her role extends to providing materials and operational support for investors.
With over 25 years of accounting experience in multiple for-profit industries and non-profit industries, Terri added the hospitality industry and real estate investment genre to her knowledge base when she joined the Satori in 2013. She has been able to cultivate her early working relationship with many of the Satori assets into a strong corporate fund administration role. She oversees cash distribution and capital investment deposit processes for funds with $85M in commitments as well as oversight for non-fund property level investment activities. Her extensive accounting background provides stability for the daily functions of supporting the financial requirements of the corporate team alongside the multiple investment funds and entities in the Satori portfolio.
Terri graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and also received her Masters of Business Administration from Samford University as well.
Terri and her new husband, Les, are currently residing in the Panhandle of Florida. Their blended family consists of five adult married children, and seven grandchildren (five of them of the age of 3 or under!). Fun Fact: Terri enjoys giving back through her church ministries, spending time enjoying her beautiful beach area, traveling, attending live music locally, and mostly finding as much quality time with family and grandbabies as possible.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, Alex focuses primarily on supporting the investment team, with a secondary role in asset management. Alex is responsible for analyzing due diligence, collecting market data, underwriting potential acquisitions, and presenting opportunities to Satori’s Investment Committee. Alex also assists with providing disposition analyses as acquisitions course through their respective hold-periods.
Previous to Satori, Alex worked nearly 3 years at Hodges Ward Elliott (“HWE”) where he was an Associate within the firm’s hotel investment sales team. Alex assisted with the closing of ~$250M in transactions, and underwrote nearly $2.5B of potential engagements and active listings across a multitude of varying scales, complexities and markets. Before HWE, Alex interned at Marriott International HQ within their feasibility group, which operated under the company’s development team.
Alex graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and holds a degree in finance. He worked at the operational level during school across two different hotels, working the front desk, F&B and housekeeping.
Alex currently lives in Atlanta. Alex has a twin brother Eric, and father Deno, who are in the industry as well and with whom he is very close with.
Fun Fact: Alex enjoys basketball, tennis and golf, and is hated by his brother for being left-handed and a snowboarder vs skier “like the rest of the family.”
Seasoned HR leader with experience in retail, healthcare, and hospitality, holding two senior HR certifications, past serving in state HR council leadership with expertise in all facets of the employee experience.
Leanne Lloyd, SHRM-SCP, SPHR serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Satori Collective and has 18+ years of human resource experience. Responsible for employee relations and corporate policy, Leanne focuses on people development and playing an integral role in fostering healthy and productive work environments, while ensuring regulatory compliance.Leanne began her management and HR career in the retail sector before moving to the healthcare industry where she spent 9 years as the Director of HumanResources for a non-profit behavioral healthcare facility. She facilitates training sessions for management teams and HR professionals, alike. Her expertise in the field has led her to speaking engagements on topics such as compliance with labor law, leadership training, recruitment and retention, and other human resource related issues.
With extensive understanding of the entire life cycle of the employee experience, Leanne applies her human resource practical knowledge toward recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits coordination, risk management and liability evaluation, employee development and training facilitation, policy development and procedure enforcement, employee relations and investigations, collaboration of cross-functional teams, strategic planning and organizational growth, and productivity evaluation and optimization.
Leanne is certified by both the Society of Human ResourceManagement as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the HRCertification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).Leanne graduated from Northwest Florida State College with a degree in BusinessAdministration and earned her BS degree in Business & Human ResourceManagement from Western Governor’s University. She has served as President for the Emerald Coast chapter of Society for Human Resources (SHRM), and as a member of the HR Florida State Council. Leanne also spent several years on theBoard of Directors for Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers, as Loaned Executive forUnited Way, and served on the executive board of Walton County Habitat forHumanity.

Allegro Advisors LLC and its broker/dealer affiliate Allegro Securities LLC were formed in 2005 to provide independent capital raising and advisory services for real estate developers, operators and investment managers; over time the firm has branched into energy, farmland, venture and private debt. Our team members have completed over USD 10 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, fundraising and advisory assignments in the Americas, Europe and Asia as agents and principals.
Mr. Boytinck founded Allegro in 2005. From 2003 to 2005 Mr. Boytinck was Global Head of Real Estate Investment for Deutsche Bank’s $200bn AuM Private Wealth Management unit, wherein slightly over two years he placed equity of over $800m in US, European, and Asian investments with investors domiciled in approximately 25 countries. Previously he was a director of acquisitions and portfolio management at Deutsche Bank Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for a $900m portfolio of office, retail, and industrial property in the US and Japan. Prior to joining Deutsche in 2001, Mr. Boytinck was a real estate investment banker for 10 years at Wells Hill Partners in New York, where he completed transactions involving property valued in excess of $1bn. Mr. Boytinck graduated in 1990 from Columbia University and was an adjunct professor of its Masters in Real Estate Development Program from 2002 to 2015, teaching finance and international investing. Mr. Boytinck holds the Series 7, 24, 28, 63, 79 and 99 securities licenses. He is fluent in German, Spanish and French.
Jeff retired from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2011 as a senior executive in global real estate commercial and investment banking, having led the industry’s formation through pioneering IPO, M&A, and LBO efforts.
Post-institutional retirement, Jeff has created and managed numerous real estate private equity funds, including several focused on qualified opportunity zones (QOF). He currently runs a real estate asset investment and capital management platform, Covenant Capital Investors (CCI), and has invested over $51B in proprietary balance sheet capital thus far.
Jeff serves as a board trustee and executive committee member of Truett McConnell University and Georgia State University, where he leads the real estate and endowment activities. In addition, he has held securities licenses (Series 24, 7, and 63) and served on the executive committees of Central Atlanta Progress and ULI Atlanta.
Jeff is an Atlanta native and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from Georgia State University, where he serves as adjunct professor in the MSCRE Program. He and his wife, Cindy, are members of First Baptist Atlanta and have one daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. As a respite, Jeff is purposefully training for his next ultramarathon.
Sanjiv has been in the financial sector for over 25 years as a senior executive in risk management and trading at multinational banking institutions in Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Sanjiv most recently was Assistant Superintendent, Risk Support Sector at OSFI (Canada’s financial sector regulator). In this capacity, he oversaw the specialist teams responsible for Financial Risk (market, credit and model risk) and Non-Financial Risk (operational, technology and conduct/culture), the data & analytics team, and the emerging risk areas. As a member of OSFI’s executive committee, Sanjiv helped to steer the organization, review and approve strategy and policies, and importantly, determine responses to emergency issues including COVID.
Prior to OSFI, Sanjiv was Head of Risk Capital, Stress Testing and Model Development at the Bank of Montreal, where he oversaw the determination of capital demand and was accountable for all risk model development and stress testing within BMO, including its US CCAR exercise.
Sanjiv also served in senior positions at OCBC Bank in Singapore in Market Risk and Asset-Liability Management, and he was in charge of all credit analytics used for regulatory and risk management purposes at CIBC.
His experience also includes leadership positions at Commerzbank Securities in London, U.K., where he served as Head of Quantitative Research & Financial Engineering and Head of E-Commerce.
Sanjiv holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Waterloo and a Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mr. Banks developed proven skill sets encompassing leadership, complex decision analysis, and strategic planning during his real estate career. He is currently President of M Banks Realty Partners, specializing in outsized returns from arbitrages in the real estate space market and capital market, and he isMultifamily Chairman at SHR Resi, as well as an Advisor to HelloPackage.
Marvin has served on the faculties at Emory University graduate program, The University of Texas at Austin, and Georgia State University graduate/doctoral program. He currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Children’s Museum of Atlanta as a former chairman, and was previously chairman of the Georgia Council for International Visitors and chairman of the NFL Youth Education Town. He was also chairman of BluTrend, a software firm acquired by Real Page in 2018, on the Board of the Private Bank of Buckhead until its sale in 2016, on the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Atlanta, and the Board of Open Doors Atlanta.
Marvin led the evolution of partnerships under the Trammell Crow umbrella into an industry-leading public company, from its IPO listed on the NYSE, Gables Residential, through its ultimate sale for $2.8B. Marvin’s primary responsibilities concentrated on capital market activities, external communications, strategic planning, and the firm's evaluation, negotiation, due diligence, and integration of M&A activity.
During his tenure as President with Cortland Partners, Marvin oversaw the on-boarding of property management operations, organizational infrastructure, strategic planning, and capital market efforts.
